Day 23

Had a nice day falling back in the rhythm of going to class! But dam do I have a lot of reading to do! It helped a title that I sat in the library today a while getting stuff done! But I still have a ton! After meeting up with some classmates for a group project I walked out and after a minute and a half walk I found the hotel it looks like my mom, dad, and sister will be staying in! Its so close to everything!!! I can't wait for you guys to come!!!

And then on the way home it's possible I bought some more yarn... But my host mom asked for a hat! So it's perfectly reasonable! I don't have a problem, I don't have a problem. Do you think if I say it enough it will come true?

Day 22

Tiiired! Last night was fun, went to a few places in the city and got to see central Copenhagen at night! But I didn't get to bed until 4:30 am... Then up at 8:30! After that I just got work done and relaxed. Had a great dinner with my host family and ended it with homemade creeps ("pancakes" as they call them here) and ice cream with jam! Yummmmmmm

Day 21

Went to a castle today!!! With my host family and had so much fun!!!! Would post more but I'm going out into the city tonight! Here are some pics from the trip!

Day 19-20 (I'll be better I promis!)

Two looooong days! They were the end of my program week, and I spent both inside a classroom listening to lectures. Don't get me wrong, the lectures were on Greenland and for the most part interesting, but it was 5 to 6 hours of sitting in the dark with someone talking at us... It takes a toll! Plus I have a cold, which is making me sniffly and drowsy! It will go away soon I hope!

I went to the gym for a crossfit class with my host parents last night and I can barely move today! Don't worry, I'm going again tomorrow morning at ten, so tomorrow by eleven I will be dead and done with the pain I am feeling now!

On another note, it's possible I finally allowed myself to buy some yarn! No worries, not only was it super soft, but it was super cheap as well! Only 20 kroner for 2 balls! That's about 3 dollars ;) I like this yarn better than a lot that I have bought at home and it's a bunch cheaper... To keep my yarn buying to a minimum I have decided I am not allowed to have more than two crochet projects at one time! Let's see how long I can stick to it ;)

When I bought the yarn I also almost bought a set of wine glasses, each glass=20 kroner and I love them! But I'm having trouble bringing myself to buy them... Although I have gone to the store to stare at them twice now... What do you think of them???

Day 16-18

Day 15

Nice relaxing day! Two weeks here already, wow! Woke up to have a nice family breakfast and then went to a harvest festival! Very fun! And I can't help but be fascinated by and want to try spinning my own yarn... Watching it be done was amazing!

Came home to give my room a complete clean before I leave for my trip tomorrow! I'll be off to stare at some rocks with my weather patterns throughout history class. I'll also get to see some museums and churches ;) but it will be my first chance to stay in a hostle, and a chance to spend some fun time with my class. I assume the hostle will have wifi.. But if it doesn't I will be sure to post an extra long post when I get back on wednesday!

Did I mention I woke up with a cold today? Ugh its making me exhausted!

Day14

Just hung out in Sweden for the afternoon, no big deal ;) we went to franks brothers house for his birthday and ate more cake! Lucky I went to the gym in the morning and got my butt kicked at a crossfit class first!
